Welcome to something a little different for dinner. I’ve had boiled liver with congee in the past and that was delicious. But beef liver sashimi was the first and the last. It doesn’t appear very appetising but I have always been told not to never judge a book by its cover. But this book looks pretty much as its taste, an experience I will never forget.
