I was on my way to the Castle Ruins and passed by this little building, I realised it was a small chapel called ‘Gracefully’. It was very unexpected to find one hidden here. I didn’t get the chance to go but wished I have made a brief stop at least. Churches, cathedrals and chapels are rare in Japan as the main religion of the country is Shinto and Buddhism.

Hi Tofu! You stopped by my blog and I was so surprised to see pictures of Kurume when I stopped by yours! I’m American, but my married-into family home is Kurume. I’m really enjoying your blog—you are a great travel photographer.
