This is Kurume’s Catholic Church. Located closeby the center of town. I didn’t have a lot of time to visit but I saw they were doing a service that day with many people surrounding the entrance. Out of all the places I’ve seen so far in Japan, Fukuoka has the most churches, many of them are Catholic. This church holds true to that old fairytale castle appearance, the pointed rooftop and arched windows. A very interesting building with dark turquoise and cream yellow colours, I’m sure in the interior is also very pretty.
