Chapter 618: Momijidani Park (紅葉谷公園)

Momijidani Park (紅葉谷公園)

Located near the valley of the of the foot of Mt. Misen, you are surrounded by 200 maple trees that were planted during the Edo period. The pathway is very peaceful, you can hear almost silence, with some people around and deers leisurely roaming through some bushes. I was heading up the the ropeway but unfortunately due to the strong winds, it was closed. So I was having a slow walk around, surrounded by nature and I got to see some massive koi fishes in the pond! They’re so adorable!! Also the light and gentle sound of water from the river is just so soothing. I came across a shrine and a stone grey Torii that had pebble rocks stacked, all lined up on its top and second lintel.
