Tokushima Bizanten Shrine (徳島眉山天神社)
Just beside the Tokushima Awa Odori Kaikan, at the foot of Mt. Bizan, lays the Bizanten Shrine. It’s definitely worth the visit if you’re in the area and it makes a good before or after Kaikan visit. The shrine is good luck for love and relationships. When I arrived it was empty, and very very quiet. I didn’t spend too long here and found the heart shape pebbled stones leading up the shrine is very cute. It was a good way to end a short day trip as I made my way back to the station to return to Takamatsu.
