Chapter 844: Kenrokuen (兼六園)

Located in Kanazawa, 30 min by foot from the main station and 15-20 min by bus. Renrokuen is considered to be one of Japan’s top most beautiful landscape gardens. Although beautiful I think so far…The most beautiful garden I’ve visited is the one in Takamastu, the Ritsuin Garden (栗林公園). However, Renrokuen doesn’t disappointment because you can also grab a lovely view of the city. The admission fee per adult is 320 Yen. On the day I visited it was during the start of Reiwa so a lot of families were off work due to the longer holiday combined with Golden Week. Although busy, the atmosphere was very calming and peaceful.
