At Omicho Market in Kanazawa there is a croquette shop called Omichokorokke (近江町コロッケ). They have many many varieties of croquettes. I am a huge fan and they taste so good!! I went for the crab meat version, the outer layer is crispy and the inside is like a mash potato of sweet crab meat. If they had smaller sizes I would buy more, and try more flavours! I remember when I was in Zaragoza Spain there was a cool restaurant that made them in smaller portions so people can try more varieties.
