A pretty cool statue located in Takaoka, just in front of the New Otani Hotel. Sorry I didn’t get the name of the artist but on the little silver engraving, the title reads ひととき Hitotoki.
Unfortunately the only thing I can go by is the side engraved title ひととき hitotoki. When i zoomed into my pic, the Kanji name underneath is blurred. Sorry.
