I think this was one of the middle floors of the tower. Before going up to the top to grab myself a beautiful view. I stopped on this floor where you can check out some info about tropical plants such as Calanthe Formosana (タイワンエビネ / 台湾海老根) Taiwan Ebine, which is from the family of orchids. It usually blooms around October in Okinawa and can also be found on smaller Islands. Originated from Taiwan which is very close to Okinawa, just 1 hour and 30 mins by plane from Naha Airport to Taipei Airport.
