Chapter 916: Ryukyu Village Water Buffalo

Later on my trip I headed to Yubu Island where Water Buffaloes are significantly important for travel which I’ll post about later. But, here at the Ryukyu Village they had 1 lovely water buffalo who was getting a nice wash by its carer. In history, they have been domesticated for over 5000 years. They help with farming such as plowing, transportation for people and crops. Some parts of the world consume water buffalo meat and milk. They said they originated from India, China and South East Asia. I think they’re cute!! Especially when they’re in the water with their heads poking out.
