Chapter 1056: I Went to Hogwarts in Jan 2020 – Part 2

The next part of my visit to Warner Bros Studios to see the making of Harry Potter starts here! Platform 9 3/4.

All the luggage were on display on the side.

And there’s the Hogwarts Express train!!

We had to line up in order to board the train.

One of the things I didn’t expect was the fact that the train was very narrow.

This was the best!! Ron and harry eating all the sweets!!

There was a large glass display of many newspaper articles and cards.

They even had the colourful sticky shoes from the Weasleys’ Wizard Wheezes joke shop.

Next we took a break. And we had to try the famous Flying Cauldron Butterscotch Beer (not real beer) it taste like a sweeter version of cream soda and the ice cream…OMG. To be frank, it’s sickly sweet and left me feeling full of regret. But the reason why we wanted the ice cream…It’s because we got to keep the plastic cups for memories! It was a once in a life time experience and never again will I eat such sickly sweet ice cream again…

Outside the food area was the amazing night bus from the the Prisoner of Azkaban movie.

Haha I love the sign on the bus, ALL DESTINATIONS (NOTHING UNDERWATER)

The beds inside the night-bus. All look like hospital beds.

Next we got a chance to visit Privet Drive. The Dursley family home. Which just looks like a normal english home.

Inside they displayed the living room with all the letters hanging midair. Wonderful scene from the beginning.

Its Harry’s childhood home in shambles…

Walked the bridge and then proceeded to the museum area…

Probably the creepiest area but cool at the same time!!

It’s amazing to see how all the effects came into place.

Mandrake!!

The beautiful phoenix. I wish they were real birds!!

There were so many masks!!

I wouldn’t want to be walking around at night in the museum area…

Hermione looks dead here, it’s a little freaky because it looks so realistic!!

Hippogriff!! Such a cute creature.

There were fangs, contact lenses and nails…

The dwarfs and goblins!!

And the bank scene!! Look how amazing everything is.

It’s almost freaky how real they look.

The facial expressions…

I felt judged by their serious faces…As if I’m not worthy…

They sat on high chairs so despite their small size they had to be sitting higher.

If only the Gringotts Wizarding Bank was a real thing. I would open an account and invest with them.

The Lestrange Vault!! All the treasure!!

Absolutely amazing how they built it.

Over here was where they had a CGI clip of the dragon breathing fire.

Diagon Alley!!

I would love to go shopping here. I’d like to have a pretty wand!!

It’s amazing how the buildings are so realistic.

The Puking Pastille!!

I really wished they built it so we could have entered the shops!!

Now we have the most impressive piece!! HOGWARTS CASTLE!!

Look at that detail!! I heard Hogwarts castle was based on Alnwick Castle in Northumberland England and some shots were from that location. Now I wanna visit Alnwick!!

The room was dimmed, with instrumental music in the background and I got so emotional…

You can clearing see the details of the entire bridge.

So beautiful!!

It almost felt like I could go inside because it looked so real!!

After that, we went to the gift shop and I found a whole wall of wands!!

After a wonderful trip to the Warner Bros Studio…It was time for some delicious unhealthy food. I’m not sure why but many people I know who loved Harry Potter do not like Fantastic Beasts. But I do!! I love it so much…and I can’t wait for the new movie to come out.
