Spring time and summer time in Hokkaido is like a big paradise of nature. Once you leave Sapporo, the amount of beautiful scenery is everywhere. Rice paddies that stretches far, mountains, hills and it’s just something I don’t come across often enough. Especially if you’re from the city, daily life is just a big boombox of lights, over-crowding and traffic. So, the countryside will always make me feel at ease because it’s just so peaceful.

Following this blog has definitely inspired me to check out more of Hokkaido if I’m ever able to return to Japan. It looks like the sort of place where I could rent a car and just spend a week driving around and taking in the scenery.
